Jacky heads the corporate development for the Orange Digital Audience and Advertising division, taking care of the corporate topics and operational follow ups of Orange's participated companies as well as Orange's international subsidiaries.
In addition he also acts as a go-between with Iris Capital -
Orange Publicis' investment arm for all the investments related to
the digital space.
Jacky brings more than 14 years of international experience and
has a proven expertise in consultancy, private equity, corporate
and business development.
He took part in 2011 in the launch of Orange Capital (now Iris
Capital), where he was in charge of Orange's investments in the
Middle East and in the US. Under his tenure, Orange made its first
investment in myThings, a leader in retargeting technology, where
he is a non-executive board member.
Prior to joining Orange Capital, Jacky worked for 4 years at
SanDisk, where he was in charge of the business development in EMEA
for the mobile division, and led the launches of several
flash-based platform initiatives/ partnerships with mobile
carriers, including Orange and Vodafone.
From 2003 to 2006, Jacky established and led the New Businesses
division for GFI in Southern Europe and North Africa, where he was
in charge of growing the company through acquisitions, strategic
alliances and portfolios improvement.
He started his career as part of the management team of Fantine
Group (now Aviv Ventures), a leading strategic consulting firm for
business and financial development services, where he established
and managed the South European department.Jacky holds a degree in
Business Administration from Madrid Business School and a MBA from
