Penny is Head of International Business Development for Guardian News & Media and has recently returned from Sydney where she coordinated the launch of Guardian Australia.
Prior to this role, Penny was instrumental in the digital
transformation of the Guardian's syndication business, leading
strategic and business development across the area. She has also
held a number of management and front line sales roles in her time
Penny is currently leading projects in a range of markets which
aim to grow the Guardian's global footprint and introduce new
audiences to Guardian journalism.
