Mansoor Khan is the Director of MENA and South Asia at Kantar Media.
Mansoor has regional responsibility to lead and develop all forms of electronic based audience media measurement services. His initial education and training was in engineering, later joining the UK's Engineering Council gaining Professional Engineer status. He has also specialised in the field of Management Sciences and hold three postgraduate qualifications, including an MBA in Management from London.
With early career stints at Scotland Yard and then at Hitachi as an Electronics Engineer, Mansoor has been at Kantar Media for the last 24 years, during this time accumulating both an extensive and diverse international Television Audience Measurement (TAM) experience spanning 24 countries.
Specializing in international TV audience measurement, Mansoor has been responsible for the project management and start-up of many TAM services globally. His professional ‘claim to fame’ is that he co-authored an audience measurement paper which was later selected as one of the top 30 world research best practice papers for the last decade by ESOMAR and published in ESOMAR’s 'Best Practice - 30 Visions for the Future'.
